Reducing Repetitive Tasks with Accounting Technology and Client Portals

New Workflow Processes to Implement in Your Accounting Practice
One area of improvement, Sarah said, is making sure her team uses the technology to its fullest potential. “We use [SmartVault primarily] for our file and document storage, but actually it’s so much more than that.” Her team will continue building a workflow process in her tech stack.
She’s not the only one making changes to her software systems. “We’ve made quite big changes to our systems over the last 12 months,” James started, “So now we’re…at this review stage. We’re looking at where we are, [and] we’re talking to our clients [to see] what they think about our systems.” James is also asking his staff to ensure they’re happy and working effectively.
