Who is SmartVault?
SmartVault is a document management and client portal platform built for accounting professionals. SmartVault supports over 3 million users, securely stores over 500 million documents, and has facilitated hundreds of thousands of e-signatures. With over 15 years of dedicated service to the accounting industry, SmartVault understands accounting professionals’ unique workflow and compliance requirements.

Will there be any changes to the SmartPath product or support channels?
For now, there will be no changes to the SmartPath product, pricing, or how you receive support. SmartPath will operate independently and maintain current business operations, continuing to invest in features and capabilities that add value to our customers and their overall experience. Will there be changes to pricing or billing?
Your price will not change, and you’ll continue to be invoiced as normal during your contracted term. SmartPath will notify you in advance of any changes in invoicing or payment processes.

I currently receive implementation support from the SmartPath team. Will this continue?
Yes, if you have implementation support as part of your SmartPath subscription, you will continue to receive these services from the SmartPath team through the duration of your current subscription term.

Will my data be shared with SmartVault?
Yes, since SmartPath was acquired by SmartVault, customer data including profiles and billing data is now owned by SmartVault. Please refer to SmartVault’s privacy policy for details on how they handle customer data.

Are there any planned integrations between SmartPath and SmartVault in the future?
While the SmartPath and SmartVault applications currently operate independently, the product teams are collaborating to explore opportunities for integrations that can enhance customer workflows.
